Raised in Kansas City, with deep Cajun roots, Elise grew up surrounded by BBQs, jambalaya pots, and crawfish boils, all flavors that shaped her soulful cooking. When she crossed paths with our own Bree, whose childhood in Australia was steeped in cultural comfort food, it was friendship at first bite.
Now, Elise is bringing her soulful culinary style to Gaston. Expect a laid-back afternoon with delicious eats, beautiful wines and hospitality that fills you from the inside out.
